Holiday Barbie 2007 - Happy Dolliday Countdown to Christmas!

In my last post today, we're looking at the fun and festive Holiday Barbie from 2007!  She's a real crowd pleaser if you can't already tell. :)
Love those Mrs. Claus vibes!

They also released a beautiful African American version of her in the Mbili face sculpt. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a better stock image of her online. :(

Here's a peek at her dress in full.  She is wearing a strapless gown in red velvet inspired by Santa's jacket, with a black belt, white gloves and a red flowing skirt trimmed in black lace.

She has both earrings and a necklace shaped as a gold star with a clear rhinestone in the center.

Her hair is done up in a high ponytail curled into ringlets with a faux fur ponytail holder.

She has the cute Generation Girl face sculpt, which we all know and love!
She has bright green eyes, brown and pink sparkly eyeshadow and red lips.

Classic Barbie. :)

This is another fun and festive doll in the Holiday line.  She's so fun, cute and festive, it's easy to say why a lot of collectors chose her as their favorite.  I love her Santa theme, beautiful fabrics and multi-accessories! Her hair is soft and pretty and her face paint is flawless.  She is definitely one of my new favorites as well!

Do any of you have this one?

  1. This is starting to look like the Holiday dolls I remember from the late 90s-early 2000s. The velvet, the fur details and more elaborate outfits. She is stunning, so far one of my favorites you've posted. I like how they've incorporated all of the Santa elements in her outfit.
Can't wait to see the rest of your collection!

    1. Yes, that face and all of the velvet seemed to be popular with the next bunch of dolls in the line (going backwards). This has been fun to open and look at them all and I'm so glad you've been enjoying it!
